Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel any order for free before you pay.
• After payment, Dak Shop orders can be cancelled until the seller ships them.
• Dak Proxy orders can be cancelled until DakBox buys the item in Japan.
• A Dak Auction bid is a promise to buy. Bids cannot be withdrawn and a win cannot be cancelled.
• All money goes to DakBox, so every refund for a cancellation is paid by DakBox, never by the seller.

Before payment

An unpaid order holds no money. You can ask us to cancel it at any time, and DakBox also cancels orders that stay unpaid.

After payment, before shipping

Contact DakBox with your order number. If the seller has not handed the parcel to the courier yet, we cancel the order and refund the full amount you paid.

After shipping

A shipped order can no longer be cancelled. If something is wrong when it arrives, ask for a return within 7 days of delivery (see the Refund Policy).

• Before you accept the quote: you can simply ignore or decline it. Nothing is charged.
• After payment, before DakBox buys the item: you can cancel and get a full refund.
• After DakBox has bought the item in Japan: the order cannot be cancelled, because the item was bought only for you. Change-of-mind returns are not possible.
• If the Japanese shop cancels or the item is sold out, DakBox refunds you for that item.

• Every bid is binding. A bid cannot be withdrawn once placed, so set your maximum carefully.
• The winner must pay within 3 days after the auction ends. If the winner does not pay, DakBox can cancel the win and offer the lot to the next-highest bidder at that bidder’s own highest bid.
• Not paying for a win may lead to bidding limits or account suspension.
• A seller can cancel a lot only before anyone bids. After bids, only DakBox can cancel a lot, and all bidders are told.

If a Dak Shop or Dak Auction seller cannot complete a paid order, DakBox cancels it and refunds the full amount you paid. Sellers who cancel paid orders without a good reason lose visibility and may be removed from DakBox.

1. Open My Orders and note the order number.
2. Contact DakBox on WhatsApp or by email with the order number and the reason.
3. We confirm the cancellation and, if you paid, send the refund by bKash or bank transfer.
